Windows 8 publishing performance

I recently sideloaded an app that I made for android on a windows tablet and was surprised how bad the performance was. Everything was really slow. I wanted to know has anyone else had the same results that there was a performance drop when publishing to windows tablet?

    Do you mean you run the Android app via emulator? If so, yes it is bad.

    No I published a app to a windows tablet and there was a performance drop

    Windows8 apps are basically html5 apps wrapped. So that's why the performance isn't as great, they are not native apps. (Or at least they were not back when it was introduced)
