Stuck at installing .app in my iPhone

I signed and generated .app file of my game and then I just dragged it into the iTunes. I sync and installed it through iTunes.
Problem is it stuck at installing and never finish.
I am not sure if it is the provisioning file problem. If I have provisioning profile and bundle ID problem how can I successfully sign the app. And I double check the UDID, it seems ok.
Please help.
Go Download "Sub Run" in App Store.

Did you install the profile on your phone? Open Xcode and plug in your device via USB.

@The_Gamesalad_Guru, Problem solved. I just drag my app file into the xcode and its installed in my iphone. I guess there is something wrong with the itunes.
Go Download "Sub Run" in App Store.
No when you plugged in your phone it sets it up as a development device and puts the profiles on it. If you never did that before you didn't have the device setup. iTunes should now work.
