Very Very Useful... I'm only using the free version and was able to get from 70 dl per day to 800+ downloads after 3 days of using it. It's still early and hoping this trend will continue to go up. This is currently happening on Google Play with my app: Roshambo Fighters that i updated last Wednesday (Septebmer 4th).
However, on iOS is still very low (~15 dl per day) as I haven't updated to the new keywords and app icon. Unlike Google Play, iTunes takes at least a week before the new keywords and app icon are updated. I hope it will have the same result.

How much can you do with free version, i have make a acount but dont really understand what to do.

Yep, it's not just all about stuffing your keywords in the description. Read everything @phamtastic has linked up there. But the site will just inform you everyday for your ranking in your keywords.

It's for iTunes and Google Play. I haven't had any success with Amazon and don't see any documentations on it as of yet.

It's kind of expensive... something like $350 a month.
