How Do You Spawn Obstacles? PLEASE HELP!!!

in Working with GS (Mac)

I want my main actor to have to jump over obstacles that will be passing by fast, so i want an onbstacle that moves at my actor's position (so he'll have to jump over it to not die) and another that will be higher.

How do I make them apear in a random order, and at random time too?

Please help me someone.
