Start Game & Falling Actor Help

Hey guys, I'm new to GameSalad and I need some help with a few things. First of all, I have a scene with a "start game" button and I want an actor for that scene to start falling from the top of the scene, but I don't know how to link the start button with the falling actor (actor starts falling as soon as game starts).

And I also need some help with the random actor spawn while falling. I've already watched the t-shirt booth video but I'm having issues that it's not falling. The actor would spawn in random places in x position but wouldn't fall and spawned actors would not disappear after spawn.

I hope this makes sense and any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
