May I pay to publish app in App Store?

in Working with GS (Mac)

So I think the question is enough clear: Is GameSalad taking some kind of attribution or percentage of the money I get from selling the app in the Apple App Store? Or once I publish my app to GameSalad I can just download the iPhone app and upload it to the App Store totally legally?

    They make some revenue from advertising I believe if you are a non pro member. In terms of sales, they do not take a percentage

    Ok, so the only thing I have to take into account is ads? But how do they implement them? I mean, they actually put ads inside my app, or you mean any other thing?

    About the money, which is what I actually wanted to know, thank you. That clarified it to me.

    Gamesalad activates ads in your app. They get whatever revenue the ads make.
