Uploading to Publishing Server is Slow

Has anyone else noticed how slow uploading to the Publishing server is getting? Over the last week it has been getting increasingly slower it now takes me 15 minutes to upload a 20 mb file. It used to take a couple of minutes. I tested my internet upload speed and it hasn't changed. @ForumNinja
