No + or - icon to pend condition ... HELP

in Working with GS (Mac)

I'm doing the Gamesalad tutorial and I'm up to the part when you set a rule for the start button to launch the ball.
When I double click the start .gif it brings me to the rule screen. I click create rule, change to touch and when he says "click the + icon to pend a new condition...."
because I don't show a + or - icon.
What am I missing?

    I'm on Yosemite at the moment so yours will probably look very slightly different, but I'm assuming this is what they're talking about. There have been some UI changes since that video was made, almost certainly:

    No. I have those. It should be right under those. You don't have them either. Unfortunately I'm on my phone so can't sent a pic from the video.

    Each condition used to have their own + and -, but in a recent update they consolidated them into just the one set of buttons.

    The plus button that @Armelline‌ showed IS the one you want.
