send mail/message from app

Hi

i was wondering if it was possible to send a mail from a GS app.

Lets say i have a button "everything is fine", if someone presses it, i will get an automated mail with "everything is fine" in it.
Without the user doing anything else. (there will be only one user, no App Store app)

I'm saying mail, but it could also be a massage/sms/pushnotification/etc..

is it possible? and how?

@evert, under the PRO tab is the "Open URL" behaviour which has a mailto: option.
