Hey all, I'm happy to announce the release of Doodle Cannon for iPhone and would love for everyone to try it out! I would also love for everyone to leave a review for it asap please! If you don't then people will say "Oh what's this game? Hmm, looks like fun, but it doesn't have any reviews. I guess I'll buy Glow Doodle Jumper instead." Then I probably won't sell enough and starve to death. Do you want that on your conscience? I mean the part about Glow Doodle Jumper. I didn't think so. @James- Naw, that wasn't because of me getting featured. I noticed this too, so I contacted him because I saw his thread on Touch Arcade. He originally was planning to have his game called Doodle Cannon. I told him that name was already taken so he added war to the title. His game is a copy of another called Paper Cannon on the 'addicting games' site.

Yeah so hard to tell anymore

As soon as something sees even moderate success there is a mad rush to copy it.
I.E. fruit ninja. Now there is veggie samuri coming out.
I swear there is like 20 games with titles like mad birds, upset parakeets etc lol

It used to not bother me but for some reason i actually found myself a little upset when i saw some app ranked pretty high with a blatant "Nemo" right on the icon.

BTW doodle cannon is great.
Each version gets better too!

@James- lol yeah it's pretty ridiculous sometimes how blatant people copy. And putting a pic of Nemo in the kids section is sure to get dl's regardless of the app quality, which is lame. Thanks for the compliment on doodle cannon too. It did pretty well yesterday, so hopefully that will continue so I have reason to update it frequently.
