Differences between testing on gamesalad preview and gamesalad viewer on devices

First post, but I hope to become a very active member here Anyway, I am testing my app in advance of buying pro and publishing.
In the preview option on the Creator, everything looks fine. I recently started testing on device through the Gamesalad viewer, and am noticing some bugs that don't appear during the Creator. Has anyone notice something like this? Here are the different behaviors I have noticed:
1) Some actor's alpha colors don't turn to 1 when game.start becomes active in the viewer but do so when on the creator preview
2) Some actors images don't load properly (are a white box rather than the image) when on the viewer but display properly when previewing in the creator.
I don't really care about this if it won't happen when it is actually built for device and and downloaded from the store, but if it is, is there any extra initialization I need to do to make sure these images/colors load properly for my players? Thanks in advance!

Creator preview is no always accurate. The device viewer is more accurate. An adhoc build will be the most accurate as it is exactly how the app will run.

Thanks brotha. I'll give it a shot. What's weird is that it works on first run, but the issues appear after leaving the device viewer and returning. I will see what it is like adhoc, but not sure how to debug if it is still doing that
