IAP Non-consumable host content with Apple

Hello!

During my Review I have got rejected because I didn't make host content with Apple and I have error like this in IAP

"This In-App Purchase is not currently available for testing in the sandbox environment because you have chosen to host your content with Apple, but have not delivered your content. Upload your content to test this In-App Purchase in sandbox."

How to host content with Apple? I was struggling with it couple days and cannot figure it out.

    According to what Apple writes, you DID click you want to host content with Apple, but didn't send them anything. You need to select you DON'T want to host content with Apple.

    But It means that i won't be able to sell that or I will have to do something on my own servers? Or if I don't want to host content with Apple I do not have to do anything extra?
