Quick Question

Quick question. I want to have a plane automatically fly left to right, but I don't just want the plane to fly straight across. What's the best way to have a plane fly left to right but with a slight & constant "Up & Down" motion? Seems like it would be easy, but I'm having trouble for some reason.
