Hello i want to create a button in the option menu to choose beetwen strecht and letterbox, is there any way to do it?, thanks

Nope you have to pick one when publishing.
Yes, not possible, as @The_Gamesalad_Guru says.
Also, I don't think it would be a good idea -- you as a developer should have ultimate control over how you show your content.
