Game Circle Help

Im starting to use game circle and wanted to know do I need to install a game circle SDK addon to make it work? If I do need it can you post a link to it please.

Gamecircle SDK is incorporated in publisher. You just need to input the correct API's and a check in Amazon Leaderboards/Achievements in the Publisher.

At least that's what I know. I have not installed any SDK in IDE or adb tools.
