Preloaded templates (like Penguin Paradise) -- what can we use?

Hey guys, a question for the GS team, what parts of the pre-existing templates are we allowed to use? Can I use the artwork? Can I use the audio? I was looking at modifying Penguin Paradise for a different project. Thanks for the help

    Those templates are there mainly to inspect and learn. Using the logic should be 100% OK, but the art and sound assets not.
