How to correctly get and install a provisioning profile

Once you download your provisioning profile you can just drag them into Provisioning Profiles folder no need to install or double click for Xcode.

Macintosh HD > Users > Your Computer name > Library > MobileDevice > Provisioning Profiles.

All you need to do is refresh xcode.
