I HAVE WINDOWS 8 AND A FREE VERSION OF GAMESALAD. HOW TO CREATE QUIZZES WITH TABLES

I also am having trouble with sizing the screen, like I watched some videos on youtube which were mostly MAC users and they opened up gamesalad and were able to pick what type of phone or device they want there game to be on. I can't do that, every time I open a new project it's the same size, I don't get an option of what type of device my game is for. Well, onto the Table trouble. I'm trying to create a quiz with tables. I have 5 questions in the table which = 5 possible points (score). I'm not through with the game yet of course. I have 4 multiple choice answer per question. Right now I have one answer on the screen I click it it goes to the next question and 1 answer (1 answer shows because i didn't put the other 3 up yet). Anyway, I keep clicking the answer choice and after question #5 the score keeps increasing and now it shows empty question box and empty answer box.
