Windows Creator Version without Revmob... So what should I do to add Ads to android apps?

Hello all. I'm a little nervous because after dropping $300 here at Gamesalad, it looks like support for Windows and Android is minimal... I managed to publish an android app but when I followed the cookbook for revmob setup the instructions were outdated and confusing. I figured it out but when I went to my portfolio to add the revmob info, revmob was not under services in my profile!?! Lol Playhaven is there even though it was sold to a company that hasn't allowed me to signup. What are the work arounds so I can monetize my app properly? Thank you.
Just checked my version and it is 10.XX on Windows... I didn't have a choice. I clicked the link and this is the version that downloaded... When will Windows creator upgrade to ver.11?
