Touch is pressed and touch is inside both in one rule vs one in one rule

in Working with GS (Mac)

I know what s the difference between touch is inside and touch is pressed but
I saw people setting up both in one rule what does it do then? I see no difference?!

    I've used this method before for fast moving objects. Sometimes touch is pressed doesn't respond fast enough so adding the touch inside is used as a backstop.
