Can you publish to the AppStore with Windows Gamesalad version?

I really need to know if its possible, or if there is a way I can work round not having a mac. Or if I can make it on a windows then go onto a mac an publish it that way.

    Yes the only way to publish to the Apple App Store is to have a Mac. But it might be best to use macincloud if you don't have a Mac.
