Did you use Scratch before GameSalad?

Just out curiosity, I want to know how meany of you GameSaladers used Scratch before GameSalad.

    Scratch is not as powerful as GameSalad, so if you don't use it and use GS, don't start. (Unless you want to.)

    Not scratch but it is used as the programming language for stencyl. Both tools are good for 2d games. I am fond of both but there are some distinct advantages of one toolset over the other and vica versa. Happy game making.

    Hardly.

    Scratch is no competitor to GS. It's meant primarily as an educational tool for kids. The games can only be played online and require Flash. :disagree: I wouldn't be surprised if a decent proportion of younger users came over to GS from Scratch, it seems like a natural progression.
