Amazon app launch error

I have been making my first game and wanted to upload it to the Amazon app store, however, even though the game works fine when played through html (on browser on mobile devices), the Amazon app acceptance report informs me that the game automatically quits upon launch. I have no idea what to do any advice is greatly appreciated.
