Are network behaviours working as normal?

Hey all,

Just wanted to see if network behaviours were working properly for everyone. I've spent the weekend trying to clear up an issue I've got with receiving a simple number in a table to trigger something within the app.

With a display attribute I'm able to see that my send URL table goes off as expected (=1) and my receive URL table goes off as expected (=1). However the attribute that I'm hoping to be changed, as per the table, is still a zero.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on or is it just me? Have tested on 0.11.1, 0.12.6 and 0.12.8 all to the same effect.
