Get promo codes?

Hey,

I got a new app in the store and was wondering how to get promotion codes for it. Also will this allow the person I give the code to download for free? I'm gonna give the codes to a few friends and I do not want them to have to pay...

    Log into iTunes Connect. Go to "My Apps". Find the app you want and select it. Then scroll down to the bottom under "Additional Information. If your app is approved there should be a link to Promo Codes. Click it.

    Type in the number of codes you would like to receive. You can request a maximum of 100. Read and Agree to the terms. Then hit continue. The next page you are sent to should have a "Download" button. Download the txt file with the codes.

    Send the codes and tell the person to go to the app store and redeem the code. They will not be charged for the app. Voila
