Ads Working In Adhoc But Not In App Store

I'm using iAds. They're working fine in my Adhoc builds. I see the demo Apple Banner showing my game is connected to the iAd network. Today my app was approved and put on the App Store. The game is working great except the iAd banner isn't showing. Are there known banner bugs? I believe I used RC 12.6 (I needed the RC because saving tables still wasn't happy with the stable release at the time). 12.8 just came out so I'll guess I'll re-publish.

it can be a bug but also you need to wait 1-5 days for iads to start woking.
Mine don't show at all, in my part of the world. If there are no ads available, will it show a placeholder ad? My dashboard says I've earned $0.78 in the last 7 days though.
As has been mentioned above it can take several days for ads to start to fill in your app.

My ads took 3 days to show. It used to show immediately.

no it will display nothing. My recent game was released about 40 hours ago, and iad started working for me this evening.
No, your game appears to have no ads until the ads begin to fill.

The iAds are showing now! It took about 10 hours for them to start showing from the time the App went live on the App Store.
