Android ad-hoc testing problem

I uploaded my project and generated the unsigned apk with my mac with gs rc 12.8 and then downloaded and trasferred the unsigned apk in the my galaxy next turbo but when i install the apk i get this "the app isn't installed"
How i can fix this??

the app must be signed otherwise it will not work on the device. That's why it's not working. Here is a page in the cookbook talking about signing the apk
