Screenflow/creator only giving me 1024 x 768 resolution for app preview videos

I've tried reflector but there is so much lag it's unusable. What do you guys use to get the required resolutions for app preview videos. The requirements are 1334 x 750, 1920 x 1080 and 1200 x 900. I've added a black frame to get 1200 x 900 but I'm not sure it's even going to be accepted, but the frame won't cut it for the higher resolutions.

    Are you recording Creator or your iDevice ?

    Upgrade to OSX 10.10. You can record a video buy connected your device to your mac. It will record a 1200 X 900 video through quicktime. However in-order to do this you need to upgrade to OS X Yosemite.
