Colliding with rectangle - fine, but I want my sub to stop at a curved coast line.
I tried multiple actors as colliders but the sub stutters. Is there a way to get clean
obstruction on the sub?

Thx

How about when sub hits invisible actor shore change global attribute to a number then in sub when attribute =1 change velocity or constrain xy to current until something else is touched

Yeah, collision sucks. Even 8-bit game systems had pixel perfect collision, they'd just remove a certain pre-defined colour from the sprites (sprites would be drawn with this colour as the background), just like green-screening in movies and the bg colour would also physically, as well as visually be ignored. It's 2010 and only having the choice of "rectangle" or "circle" is ridiculous... I've had to be very creative with my shooter as some of the characters (especially bosses) have bits sticking out all over the place... I guess I COULD just make all the characters circles or squares. LOL.
