C2 user intending to migrate for GS

Hi everyone

GS totally newbie here! I'm a C2 user for years and I would like to know the pros/cons of use GS to create, publish and monetize games. I'm a Mac user and with VMWare I've no problems to use C2 in my Mac, but nothing like to use a mac program. I'll really appreciate some real comparisons and opinions (so please GS fans, hold your passion :)). Thanks in advance.
