Publish Server Down Again?

Anyone been successful publishing games in the last couple of hours from 0.8.7? Am stuck on the Uploading dialog (progress bar is not moving). Hope this isn't a 0.8.7 bug (believe I already found one that has to do with actors' alpha settings).

    Thanks for the response. I started getting the "Join/Learn More..." dialog after a few attempts, but now I'm back to the initial Uploading progress bar that is stuck at roughly 20% with no movement. Quit & restarted several times.

    Is there anything else I can try?
