Card Game - Design Question or hired help - paid job

Hello All,

Been a year since I stopped playing with gamesalad and I have been inspired to develop a simple game my children play.

Its called "Krig" in Danish.
Players split the deck - can be 2-4 players but usually 2.
Players then turn a card and put in the middle. Only the numbers matter in this game 2 is the lowest and A is highest.
Who ever has the highest card wins both cards in their pile and is put to the side.
So really a game of luck.
The fun starts when both players put down cards of the same value e.g. both put down a 6!
Each player shouts KRIG/graphic pops up
3 more cards are put down face down. THen each player picks one of the 3 cards. WHo ever has the highest card wins all the cards - which would be 2 cards plus the 6.

Game is over when all cards are used - who ever has the most cards wins.
I think this could be a fun free game for kids to play and enjoy.
Id like to know how the best way this would be designed to work - using gamesalad. Attributes for each card, tables , random shuffle each game?
