Can't find Scene Attributes when in rules

Hi everyone,

So I created a real attribute under the "scene" section of "Attributes" and then wanted to have a rule changing that attribute (BallSpeed) to something else. However, when I'm looking for the attribute, I do Attributes>game> and it's not there.

Why isn't it showing up?
It's happening to both of my attributes that I created under the "Scene" area of the "Attributes" section of GS.

You have to unlock the actor once placed on a scene to see scene attributes. Best to not use scene level attributed and stick with game level.

I'm following a tutorial, and he doesn't do anything like that (He's on mac though)
Where do I go to unlock the actor.. And I only have a scene no game level.
