warning GShelper template obsolete

Hi

I buy the slider puzzle template to gshepler, and the template not functioned to gamesalad 0.12

I see the bug with GSHELPER

but they asked me to do it myself, and see directly with GameSalad, I find it as abnormal response to a seller.

if someone has the same bug as me and find solutions to fix this, thank you for helping me.

    This will happen from time to time when the software changes.

    Unfortunetly GS helper doesnt update the templates much these days. Its a shame that they are willing to sell you a template that is functional though. Request a refund if it doesnt work in the latest creator. Your request is resonable.

    The fact that you have to pay to get a template fix is unacceptable. The guys a Gshelper are normally good and I am sure they will inform you what to do.

    I find it abnormal for the new buyer. they should tell their template is not compatible with a particular version of ...

    this is not very professional

    I totally agree, he should be able to get a refund for sure. At the end of the day, the template is bit fit for purpose.

    @Creation_24KRA‌ what exactly is the template doing? (Or not doing) that makes the template not work? It could be a simple fix that the forums can help with...

    the slide of the picture when i touch this one to the left or right, the picture move but does not stop

    with the prévious version, the picture just move one notch and stop

    Hi @Creation_24KRA‌ - Sorry for taking so long to see this! We're sorry that your template isn't working - a lot of the times we have to update the files with the new versions of GameSalad in order for them to work. This forum, however, is not the place to discuss paid templates as it violates the forum rules. Please send me a PM with some details about the template and we'll get it sorted out.

    EDIT: After looking into the ticket, the template is a third party template and the developer was looking into the issue. He found that a bug on GameSalad's end was causing the problem. The bug was reported and the developer is waiting for a response from them. Just to clarify, @Creation_24KRA‌ - we didn't want you to solve the issue by yourself, the developer is merely awaiting a response and bug fix from GS, and that can take time. You can always revert back to the version of GS where the project worked.

    as was mentioned, you need to deal directly with GS Helper and in this case with me since I'm the template creator.

    These kind of public complaints without all of the details don't really serve anyone. I had written to you previously that: (1) It would take a while to update the template if you wanted that done; (2) I would kindly offer you a refund which you decided against; and (3) the current version of Creator (at that time) had a bug that would not allow the template to function and I was waiting on the newest version... which has JUST been released.
