Wrong Testflight Icon (default gamesalad icon)

Hello,
I've been using testflight + game salad with success before without issues.
The problem is that now we get the standard GS icon instead of the custom one we uploaded to Gamesalad Publisher.
To make sure I even changed icon, re-generated the app then signed and uploaded again. Same issue.
Icon is 1024x1024 png file.
This problem seems to be new.
