(what do you set up on your mac and what do you do on your android have you only install the android viewer?)

go to http://gamesalad.com/download/releases on your android device and install the android viewer that is the same version as the creator. Once its done installing, open it and you will see a little android phone next to the preview in the gamesalad creator. Click it and thats it.
Make sure your phone and computer are on the same wifi otherwise it won't work. You can also do it through USB.
hi i am trying to test my game that I have made.... i am using gamesalad v0.10.5 i have ios 8 no jail break. i am using windows 8.1 i don't have a mac. i have tried to sign up to www.testflightapp.com but it won't accept any of the tries. i don't have a completed membership with apple i can't figure out how to get xcode
i am all out confused on how to publish in general i have downloaded the same version of the veiwer and i have sumited one of my app to the app store and i have the downloaded version thing for it but i can not get it to go on my iphone 5 plz help

No, But you will need a Apple Developer account $99.00 a year.
I use Android viewer, you don´t need to be Pro nor pay any subscription.

You need a Mac to publish to iOS or use a service called macinthecloud.
