bounce in collision

Hi all,
I know this topic has been covered countless times but can't seem to find anything that answers the problem I'm having. I have an actor that when it moves I want it to bounce into different actors when they collide, like a snooker effect. However it only pushes other actors along. Anyone any ideas?. Thanks,

    Just to clarify, Collide behaviour is on. I have spent hours playing around with bounce, friction, drag values and no luck. My actor only pushes other actors but there is no bounce physics at play. This is not a problem I've had before but with this game my main actor is controlled by a joystick type template I have downloaded i.e move to vector angle... so this setup must be the reason. Would be very grateful if someone had any suggestions. Thanks,

    The amount of bounce you get is influenced by a lot of forces, some of which you mentioned, but also the speed at which the two objects collide. Perhaps the actor is moving too slow to get much of a bounce.

    I have no idea what a 'snooker effect' is....
