These 4 games I made from scratch for GameJam -
-Space Combat
-Spacetroids-
-Sub Killer-
Invaders from Space.

These 3 games are older games but they fit the bill for old school so I reworked them for the Arcade and the GameJam -
Astro Bugs-
Battle UFO "sound issue with this one just plays to long"
-Terra Taps.

I've noticed on the Arcade that loops never stop looping and sounds will play there full length even when in a rule that should stop them, I think if the Arcade could get a little sound work done it would be alright, anyway.

Gorgeous stuff. My only gripe is the hitbox on the projectile is frustrating to dodge. But your artwork is amazing, great job.

Absolutely gorgeous game! Also, the character movement is nice and fluent. The only think that stands out is the fact is that there is an upside down skyline. Perhaps, it could be replaced with stars and or removed. Other than that you are off to an outstanding start. I eagerly await the completion of your game!

For any of you who missed my submission here is my game jam entry. I have built the game specifically for the Jam and do not intend to release it as a game due to the close nature of the graphics and themes, but I may decide to reskin it and release a different version or even list it as a template!

As a few of you are aware the sounds are terrible in HTML5 so I used sounds as music, they work but cause a delay. But I wanted some retro sounds in it so I compromised!

The music is some music I had my composer create specifically for this game, its based on the "Zorba the Greek" track and I got him to make it an 8 Bit version. Im sure you will all agree he did a great job.
