After importing a sound/song to GS, it fades the begining of it. Why?

I made a sound for a button. When ever i press the button, it plays the sound. BUT, it doesn't play the sound normally. It fades in with completely ruins the effect! Sorry if you don't understand, i don't know how else to explain it.

You can Play the sound in the sound tab and listen to how it sounds there to narrow down the problem. Also you can try to reimport the file. I don't believe wav format makes a difference I always use mp3 and never had any problems.
I've tried that. It doesn't change anything. The sound sounds perfectly fine until i put it in game salad, then it does the fade in thing.
Try .ogg or .mp3 formats

Thanks for the help, but i figured it out! That sound glitch only happened in game salad. When i did the HTML5 preview, it didn't have the sound glitch
Yes, this is an old issue, the word you are looking for is 'attack', the attack of the sound (the very start of the sound) is missing, which as you say ruins the immediacy of things like button sounds, gun shots and drum sounds (basically anything with a percussive attack).
And like you say the issue only happens with Creator's previews, sounds play fine on mobile devices and with HTML previews - but there doesn't seem to be a way around the problem when working in Creator.
