Is it Ok to upgrade to Yosemite yet? Just would like some thoughts to decide if it is worth it in order to post video promos on the app store.

I have the latest mac with 3.4 ghz and 8 gig of ram.

Also using the latest creator

thanks

I updated and the only problem is that GS becomes painfully slow after about 10 minutes. I have to close it and reopen and it's normal for another 10 minutes or so. Other than that everything seems to work fine.

Thanks! It is slow already after 15 minutes! What's five minutes if you can have the opportunity to show great promos on apple. This could improve sales! I hope!

Don't use the back button helps I believe. It did in the past.

I upgraded, I just find GS hangs more now than before. Just save often, thats the key!

I almost posted a rant last night...GS is at a crawl for me since GS12 and yosemite. It gets the point that just changing my scene to edit takes over a minute...IF it doesnt crash and have to force quit. I have no idea why they call it a stable release.

I can report "stodginess" as well since upgrading to Yosemite (as well as upgrading my mac to a new 3.2GHz machine) - 'tis like "the old days" unfortunately - as has been said in this thread, the only workaround at the moment is to save often and close and reopen the game file every five to ten minutes. C'est la vie...

So because of that, I wouldn't recommend upgrade to Yosemite quite yet for working in GSC.
