Playhaven Error - Sorry this question was in the wrong category

Does anyone know what this means?

Playhaven: Select one or more apps to promote

My free app isnt live yet as its being submitted for approval. Can playhaven only be used with live apps? does this error message have anything to do with the fact my app isnt live or is this something else? I cannot even save this in order to publish later

    Has nobody ever had this problem? i also saw this on a search and that person didnt have an answer either, this was back in Feb 2014
