Is it different? Lecgacy Retina Independence and Resolution Independence.

I publish new version of my game.
I find in publish page of game salad a new option to check : "Legacy Retina Independence"
And also, "Resolution Independence" check box in Gamesalad creator.

What is the different "Resolution Independence" and "Legacy Retina Independence"?
