Is it okay to use wallpapers in our game and have no problem with copyrights or any such things. I mean wallpapers which are free and available in many wallpaper apps.

You'd have to check the terms of use for the particular app/website you got the wallpaper from. I doubt they would allow their free art to be used in a commercial project, but only they would be able to answer that question.
