Hi Guys, I'm new with GameSalad ( I already have games in the App Store) and I have a few questions:
Can I create games using Game Salad for Windows and Upload to the AppStore?
Can I open a Project created on Windows on a MAC (I assume NO but maybe both are using the same format)?
What you guys recommend to start to developing with GameSalad? Which should be my first step?
Thanks you for your comments.

Welcome to gamesalad?
No, you need a mac to publish to the app store. EDIT: I also read somewhere its possible with mac in cloud or something? Not familiar with it though.
No, I dont think you can. (At least last time I tried it wasnt possible) Opening projects from mac on windows is possible.
I started by reading the cookbook and watching a lot of tutorials on youtube. i would suggest you to do the same. Next you can download some small free templates and try to understand them and maybe remake them. If you understand most part of gamesalad best is to start with a small game. I started with a top view based game where you can move a square around. The target was to get to the finish without touching the red moving balls. Later I also added collectibale coins, a shop, buttons to open doors and more. By making this game I learned a lot! I would suggest you to Start with a similar game.
Good luck

Welcome to the forums
DBA and many others have made lots of free templates for people to learn from (see my sig).
I would start with something simple and take a look at our Xmas Space Invaders, Asteroids, Santa Go! etc as they're full of notes that guide you through the rules.
Have fun and don't aim too high to start with.
