images missing after loading to ipod! Suggestions?

I was making my game and i decided that i would like to test it on my ipod. I sent it through gamesalad viewer and started playing. when i was done testing, i pressed the home button on my ipod and returned to the computer to do some adjustments. i saw that in my project, all of my images where either blank or said that the image was missing. the weird part is that i can load the project back onto my ipod and it works fine. It is messed up on the computer. has anyone else had problems like these? help me!
