Well no wonder the Wiki isn't updated

Two dots... two little dots... I would have significantly improved my game if I had known about a simple feature with the "Display Text" behavior. Apparently, you can display the contents of multiple attributes if you put double periods between them (in the expression editor)

I thought about adding that to the wiki, but I don't seem to be able to edit the page.

Another note...

To force a new line, you can include \r in your quoted text. Example:

"Hello\rWorld"

Result:
`
Hello
World
`

That appears to be a backward slash and an r. \r
Either that or someone was writing a checkmark and sneezed before they were done.

The wiki can be edited in the how-to's section if you want to add something for the rest of the world, but I chose to not allow some of the wiki to be edited because a couple people ruined it for everyone else by putting in curse words and deleting things.

Maybe a wiki is a bad idea. You guys use WordPress. Why not drop the Wiki and use WordPress. Let everyone be contributors. Then, when there's a good article in the queue, it could be published to the live site.

I'm getting the feeling I should make that GameSalad Texbook again. HA!

@gyro & sci,

Option+Return only works if you store it in a game.text attrib. I create one called NL (for "New Line") and type Option+Return as the only text in that attrib. I have done the same thing with a space as well. These methods DO work in the viewer! ;-)
