    If I understood your question, create the game size in ipad format (768 x 1024), then use overscan during publish to fit other iphones.

    Whichever way, you will have to do several tests to get what you want.

    No i meant the size in mb?

    i have projects that are 4MB and projects that are over 100MB. the size of the project does not make it good or not, it's the content and attention to detail.

    Like @jonmulcahy suggests, the size of the project should be determined by how much memory you need to make it, I wouldn't struggle or compromise your game trying to cram it into any particular size, if it needs to be 280MB then let it be, if you can happily fit it into 3MB then cool !

    There are 2 technical limitations.

    For apps that can be downloaded over mobile networks the limit is 100MB.

    For all other apps the limit is 2GB.
