Partical direction based on collision direction

I have an motion actor (MA) and a stationary actor (SA). When MA collides with the SA I spawn an invisible actor to emit several particles of different sizes.

What I need help with is the direction of the particles. I want it to be opposite from the direction of the MA in relation to the SA at the collision. So if MA hits SA from below then the particles emit from the top. MA will be able to hit SA from 360 degrees.

Thank you so much for that. I am having issues plunging it in to my current project but I tried creating one from scratch and it worked perfectly. I'll figure out whats blocking it in my project but main thing is I can make it now. Thanks
