I'm Peter Campanelli, a 14 year old app developer. I would love it if you downloaded Square Fighter for FREE (or GET) :D ! Square Fighter is currently at version 1.1.1 and there are a few bugs. Version 2.0 is coming out as soon as it is accepted by Apple. Thanks!

A few comments about your game:

    1. It starts out way too easy. Up the difficulty and it will provide more interest.
    2. If you don't already have this, make some of the squares require multiple bullets to destroy.
    3. I would remove the "R" button that restarts the game and instead require players to go back to the main menu to play again. It would be too easy to accidentally press this and there is no confirmation or pause screen required to enable the restart.
    4. I like the simple graphics. When I saw the title of your thread I thought it might be similar to Fastar! which is a great game but yours is unique.
    5. As a minor (under 18), I would recommend not having your full name displayed inside the app nor here on the forums.

Good work so far! What plans do you have for additional features or challenges?

Thanks so much for taking the time to play my game! Version 2.0 will be on the store in the next few days and includes many fixes including some of the problems you mentioned:
    1. Fixed in 2.0!
    2. This is a possible feature in upcoming versions. Good idea!
    3. I haven't considered removing it entirely and am debating whether to do this. I did make a temporary fix in 2.0 that waits for touch to be released instead of pressed, but I plan to replace both buttons with a pause menu in a later version.
    4. Thanks! Here is the music. This guy makes a whole bunch of awesome music and it is all free and in the public domain (CC).

I plan to add power-ups, Game Center achievements and score syncing, and other gamemodes (Classic, Arcade, Multiplayer(on the same device and on different devices (once Gamesalad supports multiplayer), different playable characters, and more.

    Thank you!

It is not currently public on the arcade. It is free on the App Store!
