I believe MGM still hold the copyright to the song. Just from watching your video you can clearly tell that over the rainbow was heavily sampled in the making. So unless there is some time of sample clearance or an agreement for distribution between the website you acquired it from and MGM (which i doubt), then you are treading on thin ice. I am not trying to scare you in any way, just informing you.

I could be mistaken since the song is maching to the vocals not the notes, but if you want to listen to comparison just youtube "somewhere over the rainbow piano" since its the closest instrument to match your music.

No need to get to remove the game and get rattled, if you listen to it and find that it makes you uncomfortable then just send in an app update with a different song. Cases like this usually go unnoticed.

The tune in your game is a play on Over the Rainbow from The Wizard of Oz.. While you might have some legal ground to stand on in using the track since the variance of the piece is likely more than the normal 30% legal thresh-hold, you would be wise to change the track in a future update. There's nothing to stop MGM, or anyone else for that matter, to "Lawsuit you to death" to make you change / remove the work (and yes, it's not that expensive to large corporations like Disney or MGM who have tons of lawyers doing that kind of thing to ensure their properties / interests are protected).

When you grab songs off of sites like Sound.org, etc., you need to make sure the person that posted the piece is willing to INDEMNIFY themselves (i.e. willing pay compensation for any losses you might endure should you get sued for using stolen work, etc.).

The big problem with grabbing assets from 'Free' sights is that you never know if the person that posted the bit of art, or audio, etc. didn't just steal it from someone else. You're better off going to larger sites that actually have original artists licensing their original works for relatively low dollar amounts and ensuring you wont get sued vs. taking a risk.

I personally recommend Pond5 (http://www.pond5.com/) for audio as they are legit, all their artists are willing to indemnify themselves, and the stuff is relatively cheap..

That said, you're game looked fun! Great work on getting it out!
